Terms and Conditions for ThinkLinkers Digital Services (Webinars)
These Terms and Conditions will govern the supply of certain digital services by TL Production s.r.o., Identification Number 053 97 316, a Czech private company limited by shares (the “CO M P A N Y”) to Your company or business (the “S U B S C R I B E R”), as set forth below.
2. Services Provided. The Company agrees to provide the Subscriber access to the 24hrs live Webinar for the Standard pass, with the addition of recordings and presentations of the webinar for the Pro pass, subject to the payment of the Fee.
3.Access to the Webinar. The Company will provide the Subscriber with a link, username, and password to access the Webinar "MDM - Master Data Marathon". Only the User will be entitled to access the Webinar and make use of the ThinkLinkers Material.
Web-event participation may require you to configure your software settings on your web-device upon first use or require you to download the software for your operating system.
4. Privacy notice
5. Webinar recordings. The webinar will be recorded, including audio, Q&A chat, and any documents and other materials exchanged or viewed during the session. By joining a session, you automatically consent to such recordings. If you do not consent to the recording, please contact TL Production s.r.o. on email@example.com to discuss your concerns in a good time prior to the web-event date.
6.Intellectual Property. All intellectual property rights in the Webinar and the ThinkLinkers Materials, are owned by the Company or the Webinar sponsors present at the Webinar. The User may not use or reproduce or allow anyone to use or reproduce any trademarks or other trade name, any accompanying artwork, design, logo, signage, trade dress, slogan, text, and other collateral marketing signs or intellectual property appearing at the Webinar or in any ThinkLinkers Material, without the prior written agreement of Company.
7. No Assignment. The User may not assign his rights or delegate his duties under these Terms and Conditions without the Company’s prior written consent.
